Connect: Philadelphia’s Strategic Transportation Plan will guide the City in creating a transportation system that benefits everyone.  A transportation system that is safe, affordable, accessible, and reliable at moving Philadelphians, visitors, and commerce so neighborhoods thrive, people are healthy, and the economy grows.

Connect was released on October 10th, 2018. The Vision, Goals, and Strategies in Connect were informed by analyzing data to understand the transportation challenges and opportunities Philadelphia faces.  The DATABOOK contains the highlights.
